As a passionate Human Resource professional Aricel has created a mutual pathway for distinct professionals to learn and grow their business in the HR discipline.

 

Aricel's tenure in the HR industry has included 10 + years of on the field work from Fortune 500 companies such as Revlon and Stanley Black and Decker to Silicone Valleys tech startup companies turned into major global competitors such as Hytera, USA. Aricel received her Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Florida International University 2018 to then pursued her SHRM certification in 2022. Aricel is a proud member of the SHRM Broward Chapter HRABC. The fuel of her passion is to bridge the gap of a HR presence in all companies regardless of their size. On her spare time Aricel enjoys interior design and decorating for family and friend events.
